The shorter story behind the resume - voice, motivation, what I actually enjoy.

Bio
Hi, I'm Shuvo. I'm Automation Lead at WebAlive, working remotely from Dhaka. Earlier I led QA at Bit Mascot and started out as an SQA Engineer at SJ Innovation while finishing a CSE degree at AIUB.
The through-line of my work has always been the same - take the testing and operational work that doesn't scale with headcount and replace it with systems that do. That's meant scalable Playwright frameworks, CI/CD-integrated pipelines, and AI-assisted engineering workflows on Claude, Codex, Cursor, n8n, and AWS Bedrock. The more interesting half of automation isn't writing test scripts - it's designing systems where agents handle the parts humans shouldn't have to.
// focus
What I focus on
Automation strategy for enterprise web and API platforms - reusable Playwright framework patterns and AI-assisted workflows for test authoring and triage. The /focus page has the latest.
// off-the-clock
Off the clock
-
Reading about agent architectures and reliability engineering - the failure modes are more interesting than the happy paths.
-
Mentoring people moving into automation - most of what I know I learned from someone explaining it without condescension.
-
Tinkering with this site - it doubles as a sandbox for things I want to try before they touch client work.
-
Working to film scores, ambient, and lo-fi - anything with words breaks flow.
