The shorter story behind the resume - voice, motivation, what I actually enjoy.

Bio

Hi, I'm Shuvo. I'm currently Automation Lead at WebAlive, working remotely from Dhaka. Before that I spent a year leading QA at Bit Mascot, and got started professionally as an SQA Engineer at SJ Innovation while wrapping up a CSE degree at AIUB.

The through-line of my work is the same thing it's always been - taking the testing and operational work that doesn't scale with headcount, and replacing it with systems that do. That's meant scalable Playwright frameworks, CI/CD-integrated pipelines, and most recently, AI-assisted engineering workflows on Claude, Codex, Cursor, n8n, and AWS Bedrock. The more interesting half of automation in 2026 isn't writing test scripts - it's designing systems where agents handle the parts humans shouldn't have to.

Outside of work I tinker with this site, read about agent architectures and reliability engineering, and try to keep up with the pace of model releases. I enjoy mentoring people who are picking up automation engineering - most of what I know, I learned from someone willing to explain it without condescension, so I try to pay that forward.

What I'm focused on now

Designing automation strategy for enterprise web and API platforms at WebAlive, building out reusable Playwright framework patterns, and experimenting with AI-assisted workflows for test authoring and triage. The /now page has the longer current-month version.

What I'm open to

  • Hiring conversations

Roles where automation strategy, AI tooling, or scalable QA architecture is the core of the brief - not an afterthought. Remote-friendly, senior or lead-level.

  • Organizations

Short-term consulting on Playwright framework design, CI/CD test pipelines, and AI-assisted engineering workflows. Happy to scope a discovery call first.

  • Learners

Free 30-minute conversations for anyone breaking into automation engineering or QA leadership. Send a specific question and I'll find the time.
